We provide a range of dwelling types and support services to meet housing need identified in those local communities within which it operates.

The accommodation and services which we provide include -

North and West also sees the need to provide mixed tenure developments to provide low cost home ownership options. This is achieved through a subsidiary company, North and West Properties Ltd., with the aim of producing value for money, energy efficient housing for sale targeted at low income families in both jurisdictions.
