Ltd. - Mixed tenure developments
North & West also sees the need to provide mixed tenure
developments to provide low cost home ownership options. This is achieved through
a subsidiary company, North & West Properties Ltd, with the aim of producing
value for money, energy efficient housing for sale targeted at low income families
in both jurisdictions.
