its greenfield developments. These are contained within 2 storey blocks, with
each apartment having its own front door.
We also convert existing vacant properties which prevents them from falling
into further decay, thereby protecting the streetscape. (For example at Magazine
Street, Derry, Gt. James Street, Derry and Melrose Terrace, Derry) As
well as this, the Association has developed purpose built schemes on derelict
sites, we have been careful here to ensure that the new development complements
