Family Housing | High Design Specification

Today, North and West currently manages over 1,600 family dwellings. Within Derry this consists of either green field development providing semi-detached dwellings to a high design specification, or individual terraced houses located in the older parts of the city which have been extensively renovated.

The Association also has a number of small housing developments in many towns and villages on both sides of the border, and has been involved in an extensive programme of replacing sub-standard rural cottages in counties Tyrone and Fermanagh as well developing family housing in Donegal.
