The Association’s overall aim is to provide and maintain dwellings that fully meet the needs of our tenants thereby creating a positive impact on the quality of their lives and the enjoyment of their homes.
Property Services function is to protect and enhance the asset value of the Association’s property whilst ensuring that each dwelling is suited for the purpose intended. This will be achieved through a planned preventative and response maintenance programme containing these key elements.
Response Maintenance - Emergency, Urgent and Routine day to day repairs
Planned Maintenance - Larger scale contract refurbishment works
Cyclical Maintenance - Internal & external painting, grounds maintenance and equipment servicing
Miscellaneous Maintenance - Fire precautions, health & safety and asbestos management
