| Job Purpose: |
To provide an efficient and effective service to tenants, residents and officers of the Association in accordance with the Association’s policies and procedures.
To ensure that all responsibilities are carried out in a timely and effective manner and that confidentiality is maintained at all times.

| Essential Criteria: |
6 GCSEs (Graces A-C) or equivalent, including English and Maths
Two years experience within an administrative role.
Previous experience in performing calculations, producing and analyzing statistics.
Previous experience dealing with confidential information.
Experience of using word-processing, spreadsheet and database packages.
Aptitude tests for the succesful candidates will take place on Monday 26th and Tuesday 27th MArch 2012.
