| Job Purpose: |
The Property Services Officer will contribute to the work of the Association and the Property Services Department by contributing to the provision of an efficient maintenance service, ensuring tenant satisfaction and working towards the achievement of performance targets set by the department. This post covers all aspects of construction and Mechanical and Electrical services.

| Essential Criteria: |
HNC / D in Building Studies with 1 years post-qualification experience within a maintenance environment
(OR) 5 years post apprenticeship experience within property maintenance environment.
Experience in response and planned preventative maintenance.
Experience of managing a direct/indirect labour team.
