| Job Purpose: |
To provide a quality service in accordance with the Association’s policies and procedures, and in line with the principles of continuous improvement. To ensure that all responsibilities are carried out in a timely and effective manner and that confidentiality is maintained in all issues relating to the work of the Housing and Care Services Department and the Association.
(Although the Housing Officer will report to the Senior Housing Officer in Belfast, it is expected that successful candidate will spend the majority of their time in the Fermanagh/Tyrone area either working from home or from a small sub-office)

| Essential Criteria: |
Educated to Degree Level
or Two years Housing Management experience
At least two years administration experience.
Aptitude tests for successful candidates will take place on Monday 26th March and Tuesday 27th March 2012
