 How do I pay my rent?

There are several ways that you can pay your rent:

Direct Debit
Swipe Card (Over the Counter or Online)
Cash / Cheque at Head Office or your Sheltered / Supported Living Scheme

 Direct Debit


This is the preferred method for paying your rent. It provides tenants/ residents with a convenient, secure and reliable way to ensure that payments are made regularly.




How does a Direct Debit work?

By signing up for a Direct Debit you are giving your bank permission to allow payments to be debited from your account and transferred to Apex Housing.

How do I set up a Direct Debit?

To request the set up of a Direct Debit click here or contact your Housing Officer.

Who will collect the payment?

Payments are collected by Allpay.net on behalf of Apex Housing.

Allpay.net will write and inform you of when your Direct Debit will commence and how much the payments will be.

How often will payments be collected?

You can choose to pay your rent by weekly, fortnightly, 4 weekly or monthly direct debits.

Is there a charge for paying rent by Direct Debit?

You may be charged an initial Direct Debit set up fee by your bank or building society. All other costs involved with collecting the payments are met by Apex Housing.

What if my rent charge changes?

The amount collected from your account will automatically change if there is an increase or decrease in your charge. Apex Housing will inform you of any amendments to your rent charge before the new amount is collected.

There is no charge to the tenant / resident for paying rent by Swipe cards.

Each time you use your Swipe card you will be issued with a receipt as proof of payment.

Your Swipe Card can also be used in conjunction with your debit card to pay your rent online via allpayments.net.

Online payments are quick and easy and provide you with the ability to pay your rent at any time.
